Demo Guide
A suggested five-minute walkthrough for presenting this concept to Allsup and Clemens Insurance stakeholders.
How the Workflow Fits Together
An Assessment, its Executive Report, and any Consultation Request started from it are related but distinct records — worth explaining clearly before walking through the demo.
1. Complete an Assessment
A consultant enters aggregate, employer-level information through the 6-step wizard (employer profile, disability and leave, aging workforce and Medicare, return-to-work, and government benefits needs). The scoring engine evaluates all six opportunity categories against transparent, rules-based criteria — no individual employee data is ever collected.
2. Review the Results
The Preliminary Workforce Opportunity Analysis shows an opportunity heat map plus category-by-category detail: score, opportunity level, key factors, and recommended validation questions. Nothing is a black box — every level is traceable to the aggregate answers that produced it.
3. Generate an Executive Report (optional)
The Executive Report is not separate data — it's a formatted, printable view of that same assessment's results (same underlying record, same id), suitable for sharing with employer or internal stakeholders.
4. Request a Consultation (optional)
Once High or Moderate opportunities are identified, starting a referral from the results page or the report prefills the employer name and every qualifying category. From that point, the referral is tracked independently — its own tracking number and status timeline — separate from the assessment it originated from.
Editing or re-scoring an assessment later does not retroactively change a report or referral already generated from it — each is a snapshot tied to that point in time.

Explain how the concept could complement a broker's existing consulting process
Close by framing this tool as a complement to, not a replacement for, a consultant's existing analytics and advisory relationship.
Resetting Between Demonstrations
Every assessment, referral, and in-progress draft created during a session is saved only to this browser. Before running the demo again — or handing the laptop to someone else — use the Reset Demo Data control near the bottom of the sidebar (or the mobile navigation drawer) to clear locally-created records and restore the four featured employer demonstrations to their original state. This does not sign you out.
Suggested Positioning
“This concept does not replace a consultant’s existing analytics or recommendations. It illustrates how Allsup expertise could become an actionable solution when workforce, disability, Medicare, return-to-work, veterans, or government-benefit needs are identified.”
